you need not have to autoclave sulphosalicylic acid and you can prepare the same in distilled water. There are few mistakes in your protocol and I have given my comments in the same with track changes. The same is attached. Sulphosalicylic acid can be prepared in distilled water and autoclaving is not necessary I believe.
