I did Pearson correlation analysis between two variables for group A and group B.

then, In order to investigate whether a significant difference between the correlations for group A and the correlations for the B group; the Fisher-z transformation and hypothesis test the Pearson correlation (r) into a z score. a significant differences were found between the two correlation. which indicate a stronger correlation in group A than group B.

further analysis using GLM to investigate whether variable A predict variable B in a similar way across grip A and group B.

surprisingly, no significant difference were found between group and variable A to predict variable B.
