I have done an experiment on insecticides treatment. It was a two factor experiment. Insecticide treatment shows 30% CV value. I did ANOVA test. So, is it okay to have such higher CV value? Or should I ommit the CV value and just show the ANOVA table?

I think that the CV doesn't represent a great concern when you want to write your paper. Means and SD are sufficient to show the precision of your data set. CV is just a descriptive analysis of your data.

The coefficient of variation (CV) is a measure of overall variation of the results of an experiment. More info at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coefficient_of_variation
A large CV (say > 25%) indicates that an experiment has some kind of large variation. As that variation will be taken into account by the ANOVA, scientific journal generally do not require to report CV. Data having large CV will likely yield negative results, i.e. no difference between treatments.
Some sources put a limit on the amount of acceptable cv and the the cv varies with the type of experiment, the crop grown, and the character measured.
