Yes. It is possible. But the synergistic effect needs to be verified. Many researchers have worked with Al-SiC and Al-Si3C4 systems. You can correlate synergistic effect when both these reinforcements are incorporated. All the best.

It is feasible. Things to keep in mind for proceeding these composites are acheiving uniform dispersion of dispersoids, inhibiting the formation of unwanted interfacial products at relatively high operating temperatures and most importantly accomplishing good interfacial bond strength. These factors depend on processing methods, extent of deformation during processing, post processing techniques etc.
for micro it is possible, as per nano I think to go for higher stirring rotational speed for uniform distribution of particles . But on thing to have here is the purpose of addition of nano particles, i.e. whether to improve mechanical properties or some other ways. My personal thinking is that it may not affect the crystallization process
Yes, it is possible. Friction stir processing is an ideal route to make such hybrid composites.
