Thermodynamic peltier effect is a very well-known effect in scientific society. Can we use this effect to maintain optimal temperature of solar panels? In this case I am not planning to use it all the time. I will just put a temperature sensor and whenever the temperature reaches a certain limit the peltiers will be activated for a certain amount of time, and then will be deactivated automatically.

My question is will it be economical? Will the increased performance by cooling the panel be wasted on powering the peltiers?
