1. We have a list of qualitative risk factors, and we have certain decision-variables over which we are analysing their effects.

2. For the risk factors we collected data of possible probability and impact from different countries through a questionnaire survey.

3. As we do not know the behavior of these qualitative factors, will it be good to use monte carlo method to find the value of risk scores?
