With the current breakthrough in research by the Russians & in lieu of the fact that most public schools & businesses would resume normal activities, is it advisable for parents to allow their children flaunt the COVID-19 safety rules because there is a cure available?
Is it even safe to leave home for school without wearing the face mask or just hanging it beneath the jaws like most individuals do out of ignorance?

in my opinion we must not let our guard down and it is essential to be able to know the situation around us (monitoring of the infection) and reasonably adapt to it both in the workplace (... or at school) but also in free time. In Italy, where the situation is "partially" under control and the presence in the workplace is recovering, as has happened in schools, we absolutely must not forget what happened in the past. The spacing rules are the base, mask (if it is not possible to spacing mandatory both in open and closed places) and personal hygiene related to disinfection of public places have been maintained and I hope we are followed by citizens, at least those who have civic sense . This way we can try to protect us and have more time ... in the hope that an adequate vaccine will be developed, tested and distributed.

Face mask is inevitable till middle of 2021 as it will take more than 6-8 months to aquire herd immunity in global masses. It is worth knowing that no vaccine will effectively cure covid with surety till now.
It is very questionable that the SPUTNIK Vaccine is save.
It has been released as has been released as political marketing trick...
The WHO says that a vaccine may be widely available from the mid of 2021 on. But most likely for the northern (rich and developed) world. We must have it available for 7 bio persons on this globe and we will require 14 bio. doses (given that we have a successful or more candidates).
But do not trust the US Mr. Trump as well...

We should not leave PPE till the results of vaccine is proven.
If you want to avoid inhaling the virus just wear the mask. Many people are making vaccines, but there are problems with vaccines too. Safer to prevent inhaling the virus with the simple help of the mask.
