Is it a problem to include both latent and observed variables in the same AMOS model?

I am running a model in AMOS, I have two latent variables (circles consisting of several items) and the rest are observed (one item - rectangle/box). I define user defined estimands to estimate all indirect effects separately, it produces a general output of indirect effect and ignores the user defined estimands. I am also willing to calculate manually but I do not have the value of the standard deviations of indirect effects. I would appreciate advice on how to solve the problem and find the significance level of each specific indirect effect.
