In my office, I am getting WiFi Connection in my Laptop. In my office I also have one more desktop PC which do not have internet connection. I have both cross cable and straight cable. Can I connect my Laptop to that PC through that ethernet cable and share the internet connection of mine with that PC through that cable. It means that desktop PC will get internet connection through sharing of my Laptop connection. Do ethernet connection needs to have Cross Cable or Straight Cable.

follow these steps.
1) Open network and sharing setting.
2) click on change adapter setting.
3) select your wifi adapter and right click , select property
4) select sharing Tab next to networking
5) apply "check" on allow other network users to connect through this computer.
6) select your Ethernet that you want to share internet throuth.
7) click apply and ok.
Note at Receiving PC setting of obtaining IP address should be automatically.

On your Laptop; open Network sharing center from the Control panel, then click on change adapter setting open the properties of the active connection and select Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection Under Internet Connection sharing Tab. you can also do that by right click on internet connection from your Task bar. Finally make sure that, the desktop computer has automatic IP setting.
Yes, you can or you can use Bluetooth device to connect your PC with Wifi.
