Some people believe that innovation is the action or process of innovating, that has economic, social and environmental efficiency. In other words, innovation is the process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. Another group of people consider that innovation is a new product, the end result of an idea that gives a commercial (or social) effects. Also, we know that there are some types of innovation such as product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation, and organizational innovation. From these points, I would like to know your opinions. Is innovation a process or the end result of an idea/ process?.
