In conducting digestibility for abalone,collecting the fecal matter of the animal is very difficult. I am thinking of other ways in determining the protein digestibility of my novel feed ingredient in abalone diet without undergoing fecal collection. Can anybody share his knowledge about this? I am thinking of pH stat method which i am not yet familiar of. Thank you.
