GA3 is added for germinating seeds in-vitro but should it be added before or after autoclaving

Don't autoclave GA3. Wait for the media to be around 50C (a water bath is useful here) before mixing it. See attachment.

add only after the autoclave of your media before pouring in your glassware for growing.
no you dont have to autoclave it but instead cool the autoclaved ms medium to 50c and add GA3 then mix

GA3 is heat labile and should be filter sterilized and added to cooled MS media
