For the free economic development and success of a country, any rigid judgements in an education system should be avoided and evaluations or gradings should be fair, humanistic and person-centered. Bad and degrading judgement systems create frustation and aggression, which are a source of regressive economic performance.

As suggested by @Jale Minibas-Poussard, a well-balanced lifestyle is the most appropriate in my opinion.
