I do not think that fraud in public administration changes according to the right or left parties. First of all, no political movement encourages bribery, fraud, money laundering. Everyone enters with the claim to serve the common good. Once elected, management is now more focused on individuals' own knowledge, talent and strength. The fraud of the chosen one has nothing to do with rightism or leftism. This is due to his own personality or impersonality. Both currents of thought are very valuable and very important. What is important is the authorities who hold the administration and decide whether to use it for good or for evil.
Neither I have thought about it in terms of left and right parties. I know of studies who cast it in terms of regime -authoritarian or democratic- but also between democracies variation exist.
In addition, I have studied how the organisation of the public administration inhibits or expand corruption as one type of fraught.

It is human nature to err and it has no specific leaning attached to it..Rigt wing or left wing both are indulged in corrupt practices..
I agree where a person sits on the political spectrum has little to do with the individual public administrator's illegal actions. Corruption is a character flaw. This is my opinion based on several years in public administration observing many resist the temptation and others with weaker integrity succumb to the pressures.
Neither the left or the right wing political party makes it valid for fraud since fraud is more of a personal interest than a public mediocre .As the human nature ethical thinking they know what is right and wrong irrespective of their source of teaching and learning.political parties should not be carrying the burden of their individual mbers who take advantage of their position and authority in the party.Nevertheless in line with the parties rules and regulations the suspected fraudsters should be banned from the party with immediate effect.
