               you can do so, but why you need a questionnaire for that???. just translate it in the regional language required and use it as semi structured interview schedule. unless and until there is no bias from the researcher. it will work out well.

If you want to use a questionnaire that has been translated, you need to perform several steps to make sure it is valid.  First, the translation itself needs to be done twice--once from the original to the second language and then by someone else from the second language back to the original.  Then the original needs to be compared with the back-translated version for accuracy.  Even if the translation to the second language is perfect, it still may not be valid.  The reason is that interpretations may have different meanings in different languages.  Thus, you need to verify that the concepts being translated have the same or similar meanings in both languages.

For Questionnaire translations first you need to translate into regional language that has to be done by an expert and then it should be back translated to the original language, after back translation the questions should convey the same meaning without any modification, if is it so, your translation is perfect. If you have done by this way means your paper will get accepted for publication without much difficulties.

Thank you all for your replies, but my problem is not with linguistic validation. As this is my first time using this method I am asking about lack of psychometric validation as this was not tested yet, can it be filled by an interviewer instead of self-report filling method? thank you
