Dear community,

Does anybody have experience with FACS analysis of urinary mouse leukocytes i.e. is that even a viable approach?

I was thinking about mouse models such as the nephrotoxic nephritis model or other conditions / models where one could expect to see some leukocytes in the urine.

I would really appreciate suggestions / advice if this possible.
