Is ductility of a building high means its energy dissipation is high?what is the range for energy dissipation and ductility for a steel building?

The Relationship between Ductility and Energy Dissipation
Ductility and Energy dissipation of a steel building directly related. Two commen model of structure including simple concrete frame and concrete frame with shear wall. In first model, ductility is more than seconde model. Therefore, dissipation energy of first model is more than seconde model.
