This could be a solution for countries with unbalanced gender population, as China. The ethics and moral problems are probably bigger than those with self-driving cars but it is also to notice that those ethical problems already exist with facebook, online dating sites, etc. I would say that technology allows for everything one can imagine, most likely we need thinkers, philosophers for our times and an extra effort in law and education to cope with a fast changing reality.
