Use of fossil fuels to produce energy in homes, highways, and work places results in an absolute increase of carbon in Earth's atmosphere. There is no doubt that fossil fuel consumption is a major player in the global warming saga, however through sustainable uses and also implementation of emission trading, there is hope for regulating our environment's green house gas content.
Fossil fuel consumption is one but is not the only cause of global worming.
