Almustafa Alhumadi my answer is based on my clinical work...yes it's possible to see the constriction in all classes but commonly in class III.
Construction of maxilla is common with abnormal sucking habits, whatever class relationship. However, mostly seen in class III which accompanied with underdeveloped maxilla
I think its mostly related to bad oral habits and nasal obstruction other than classes of malocclusion.

Almustafa just put out a great question and great questions require direct simple answers. The answer is YES. There is to much confusion on Class III... It's just that you see it more there....So if you refer to skeletal type the answer is yes. This is because many malocclusions are caused by OSA or change in diet/posture.
