Dear Researchers,

in the tests of consciousness of animals that I heard about, the result always was either "yes" or "no".

I have been wondering if there is any scale-like measure of consciousness.

Could there be different kinds of "consciousnesses"?

Could someone (animal or maybe human baby) be more conscious than another?

Or is consciousness an attribute to either have or not have?

Maybe you are aware of any such research/definitions or would like to start a discussion here? :)

Have a happy weekend!

Jaqueline
