I have tried to hybridized solar thermal & coal based thermal power plant But i am unable to maintain the pressure of steam which generated through Concentrated solar power
Concentrated solar power has the potential to generate steam if you use the correct configuration. It depends if you use a parabolic dish system or a linear trough system. If you provide more information then we will be able to assist better.
It is better if we think of solar as a free power source in a way that it is free or almost free in running the solar but when we think of the capital cost is high because we ae talking about a diluted source. I hope if you can give more info about your technical problem with solar.
Not necessarily that high quality steam must be produced in the SCP. Solar thermal plant could work in hybrid mode with the conventional power plant and/or PCC as feed water heater offsetting the energy penalty. please have a look to this article.
