Many agencies (Un, Usaid, Wb, IMF, and others) have committed to eliminate poverty within a generation. Technological interventions (drinking water filters, electricity, vaccines) are one approach; relationship building (Fulbright, Peace corps, short term mission trips) are another approach. Often these approaches overlap, but not always. Do you believe that the weight of efforts (and money invested), should be spent on technology or relationship, and why?
