Hi all. Kindly assist if below model fit results is ok , my sample size is 800. I see CFI as 0.999 hence want suggestion on this.

@Uday It seems that the indices are from a single latent factor model. If yes, then the model fit indices are fine enough as in a single latent factor CFA model, fit indices supposed to be near to perfect.

For good fit
THE MODEL: CMIN/df >2 and P >0.05 for the whole model.
RMSEA should be less than 0.05, preferable zero and PLCLOS > 0.1. Cronbach's alpha >0.70.
It is acceptable for GFI to be >0.9 but preferable >095. AGFI usually less than GFI but preferable for very good fit to be >0.9
INDICATORS: Cronbach's Alpha if item deleted >0.70. SRW >0.5, SMC >0.3 acceptable, preferable >0.5

CFI and RMSEA are most commonly used index
CFI > .95
RMESA < .05
are very good
CF1 > .90
RMSEA < .08 are acceptable.
