Ball-milling TiO2 with thiourea is a low temperature method for S-doping TiO2. Is it useful for N-doping also, under same conditions?
You can use urea as a nitrogen source instead of thiourea to get N doped TiO2 under same conditions. Since, thiourea contains sulphur as well nitrogen, so there is more chance for sulphur to get doped or sometimes for the both.
Madam, If we took Pyridine or Aniline or Imidazole as a nitrogen source, Is there any possible for N doping wth TiO2.
Sir, I dont know about this and I have not tried neither read about these compounds for N-doping. My question is comparing with urea, used for N-doping. So also thiourea?
