How we can prepare SnO2 (tin oxide) paste for screen printing from commercially available nano-particles (18-20 nm size)?

I am familiar for making paste out of Al2O3 nano-particles with TERPINOL AND ETHYL CELLULOSE, but was wondering if any one is familiar with a direct method to prepare SnO2 paste. Thanks.
