I have designed a microfluidic chip made from SU8 3010. Quite often cells will get stuck running along the surface of the SU8. I have also notice that under FITC conditions, chips that fail tend to have high autofluorosence.

Is autofluorosence of SU8 an indicator of anything gone wrong during fabrication? Perhaps underdevelopment and there is left over SU8 in the channels causing cells to stick?

Best,

David
