also working on Rice but in Ghana. In additional to the suggestion of Sir Anuj Kumar, you can also order from Africa Rice Centre, Bouake, Ivoiry Coast. Online with the name of the institution, you can easily find the email adress of the head of their genbank and then send your request.

I think it is an easy way to get your genotypes.

Beside the African Rice Centre I would suggest looking to IRRI International Rice Center Los Banos Phillipines. Commericially in the United States commercial varieties including hybrids are available.
