I recommend you to get in touch with Prof. Lyndsey Nickels about this. She has a project investigating whether TMS enhances the effects of Melodic Intonation Therapy. Her research group reports two case-studies in this paper: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3912988/
