There are some older traces at the wisc.edu link below, which have been described by the 2010 paper "Network Traffic Characteristics of Data Centers in the Wild" (a pointer to this paper is also in that link). That paper refers to a number of other data center traces that you might try to get access to by asking the authors of the referred to papers.
Also, there is a 2015 paper about Facebook's data center network traffic (I have added a link below). You might also try contacting those authors and ask how they got access.

If you want to build cloud computing simulations, you can try CloudSim Plus (http://cloudsimplus.org), but it currently just supports Google Cluster Data, PlanetLab and Jerusalem University's SWF workload files.
