how a laboratory is arranged for flow chemistry? can we carry experiments of flow chemistry in an ordinary chemistry lab?

I would say that a standard lab should work well. You need your basic safety infrastructure like fume hoods to prepare/deal with your solutions if they need it. If your experiments do not involve hazardous substances/products/by-products, you may use benchtop systems provided you operate at a small scale.
