Is amorphous SiO2 transparent for THz frequency?

On a 300nm amorphous SiO2 coated Si (100) substrate, I have grown Bi2Se3 thin films and would like to do THz-TDS measurements on them. Since experiment is going to be carried out in transmission mode, it is expected that the substrate be transparent to THz frequency.

dear Abhirami; silica (SiO2) coating have a high transparency property in the visible region, therefore it used in solar architecture applications as transparent thermal insulation. but you should maintain the volume porosity (air) of the grains amorphous silica on around 99%.
