Minimum adult learning should include menimum knowledge of reading, writing and arrithmetic (3R).
But it was limited in just getting ability of 'drawing' self signature in most of the cases in India!

Continuous learning is a reality. I met many students who, after Graduation, did several courses of Post, dreaming of future Masters or even Doctorate courses. Stop learning is death -under the professional aspect.
I agree with Prof. @Shibabrata Pattanayak. I see that the pressures on individuals are increasing. As a result, the charge for results is also increasing - which makes learning slower, or little to little. Therefore, learning good mathematics and communication can take longer than before.
