Could someone with precise information on this matter please clarify it for me?

It doesn't make sense for a researcher to publish their article, having confirmed the journal's indexing, only to be surprised that their article will not be indexed because the journal is under re-evaluation by Scopus. Consequently, their article risks not being indexed at all if the journal is removed from the Scopus database (discontinued).
