Can anyone please suggest a good book on Hypothesis Testing explaining all the possible tests?
Not sure what you are after (do you just want a list of some common NHST tests?), but Book Testing Statistical Hypotheses
is often given for understanding what are hypothesis tests. It can be downloaded from https://link.springer.com/content/pdf/10.1007/978-3-030-70578-7.pdf?pdf=button%20sticky .. This is aimed at statisticians. There is simpler coverage in most introductory texts. I would avoid "lists of tests" books.
For an intuitive guide, you could check out Frost's (2020) book.
