Is 7 day strength and 28 days strength Calculated on basis of Characteristic strength of concrete or Target mean strength of concrete?Take for example M40 fck is 40 mpa and target strength is 47mpa. Likewise for 7 days 65 percent of fck or target mean strength.please clarify this
