I was invited to this meeting and I wonder if anyone has any experienced of the 1st meeting in 2024 or any other suggestions.

I think it is predatory. I also got an invitation, but they used my address and addressed me as my PhD student, so it's clearly computer/AI generated and not a program committee. If you go to the scientific committee, just TWO persons...one Polish with an out of focus image, the other a 82 years old Swedish professor. A lot of the speakers are presented with completely distorted images and several of them from Russia (with probably no visa...). Yes, it has all the hallmarks of a predatory fake conference.
I received a similar email for this conference from "William" but from a different domain name (conference-forum.org) and was literally just looking to see if it was legitimate. I would say this one sounds a bit sketchy, particularly as it was quarantined as phishing by my school, but perhaps we should all have a nice vacation in Barcelona 😂
