The primary productivity of phytoplankton is very related with nitrate and phosphate but their is no information about the Iron(Fe)

It depends on limitating factor. Fe can be limitating as well or can be toxic. But the principle of Libih-Shelford says that always only one factor is limit for the development of biological process. I agree with the answer of Prof. Andrey Kovalchuk. If it was very trace it could be a limiting factor. In this case it could have an effect.
