the layers of IoT , every time i see different layers but the basic one was just three layers (perceptual -transport - application).
where is the network layer in this architecture ?
i found this too (link layer, network L, Transport L , Application L ) and 6lowPAN which used as an adaption layer .

As a rather loose statement of purpose, the IoT attempts to port the networked and distributed elements of a regular environment into the one with "things". Therefore, from a layered point of view, you can pretty much expect the same layers that are present in the layered TCP/IP model: Network, Internet, Transport and Application.
Additionally, there is an increasing trend of using a layer located between the Transport and Application layers which is called the middleware. Middleware abstracts the heterogeneity of the underlying hardware devices in order to provide an homogeneous-looking collection of functionalities (more specifically, an API) for the appication layer developers or even the end user.
This comes as most advisable in the field of IoT, as hardware devices used to colelct data (sensors, etc.) are way more diverse than in a regular wired network, and applications may not be able to format data with ease in low capability devices such as in the IoT.

In a general way, IOT includes three layers at least: Perception layer, which transforms information of things to readable digital signals with RFID, sensors, etc; network layer,
which sends digital signals to corresponding platforms via network; application layer, which unscrambles and applies digital signals through corresponding software. Various objects, user contexts and scenarios demand different networks, different information processes and different application methods.

IoT is all about "Things" interacting with each other including "humans" directly or indirectly. If I understood your question correctly you don't need a different network layers for that. IoT is nothing new, it was there in past too. Glorified names have been used for better business. Generally a set of SoC communicating with each other possibly including a set of remotely located servers via internet either directly or via an ad-hoc network, the entire system is termed as IoT and a Good businessman will put a "smart" or an "i" or an "e" before the product name. e.g. Smart home, Smart health, Smart environment. All these examples comprises of a set of sensors sensing, transmitting and taking decisions either by itself or via collective intelligence or via a remotely located application. Then sometimes forwards the decisions as a set of actions to perform to another set of machines which can also be SoC.
Just think of a collaborative society of computers however some of these computers are as small as an SoC.
