The synthesis of M-type calcium hexaferrite (CaFe12O19 or CaM) involved using extracts from Azadirachta indica and Murraya koenigii leaves, followed by heating at 650°C for 3 hours. The presence of natural compounds in both leaf extracts significantly influenced the structural, optical, microstructural, magnetic, and dielectric properties of the resulting CaM hexaferrites. Various analytical methods, such as FT-IR, XRD, UV–Vis, SEM, VSM, and dielectric measurements, were utilized to analyze the prepared samples. These analyses confirmed the existence of phenolic content and antioxidant traits within the plant extracts, leading to the formation of a pure hexagonal phase and altering the surface morphology of the ferrites.
