Hi dear researchers, I hope doing great. Lighting waste represents a significant source of critical metals such as Gallium. But, the procedure that is used to recover Galium(especially in the leaching section) has a more negative effect on the environment in comparison with recovering it from natural sources. please give me some practical suggestions which help us to decrease this negative effect. It is worth mentioning that Ga recovery from LED waste includes 7 sections:1-Ball milling 2- oven drying 3-Annealing 4-Acid extraction 5-Solvent extraction 6-Stripping 7-Ga recovery. please determine what we could do to decrease the environmental impact.

I am looking forward to your responses

regards
