Dear Researchers,

I have some uncertainties regarding interpretation of the results provided from clinical trials. For example if trial is consisted from composite endpoint (i.e. 3 point MACE) and it fails to claim the superiority of some intervention (i.e. drug), but some parts of the endpoint gave the superior effect (i.e. MI). Is it right to claim how that intervention has an effect on some part of the composite endpoint despite its proven non superiority when analyzed in composite fashion?

Kind regards,

Marko Skelin
