I need to know how to interpret the Cognitive Hardiness Scale (Nowack, 1990).
Does anyone know or have any information on how to scale these items? I.e. should it be a total score for all items or divide them into sub scales?
Many thanks. Joanna
Dear Joanna,
I have found this work by Mashihi, (2007. Measuring resilience in the sales industry. Dissertation Abstracts International, 68, 4167) where the author explained about the Cognitive Hardiness Scale. I wish it may help you.
Thank you :-)
