Could you suggest any journal where i can publish my first review paper easily
The journal claims an impact factor of 5.536. However, if you search for this journal in the Journal Citation Reports (https://jcr.clarivate.com/jcr/home), it is not listed. So, definitely a red flag. Moreover, if you check the indexing of the journal you can see that there are no major databases listed. Also, the very low publication fees and the promise of very fast publication are indicative of a predatory journal. In short, I would strongly suggest to stay away from such options.

-As indicated by Ioana Maria Cortea no serious indexing (https://www.ijrpr.com/International-journal-with-high-impact-factor.php ). Stronger it mentions IJIFactor which is a so-called misleading metric (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ) often used by predatory journals
-The prominently mentioned impact factor is misleading and as a matter of fact another example of a misleading metric SJIF https://sjifactor.com/passport.php?id=21489
-The CrossRef claim is questionable since I scanned a number of papers and found only one with a legit DOI
-The editorial board is way too small to cover basically all fields in science
-Fee is suspiciously low and a DOI cost (according to them) 3 USD… (https://www.ijrpr.com/publicationcharges_international_blank_dtee.php )
-The publisher behind the journal “Genesis Global Publication” (https://www.genesisglobalpublication.com/#! ) looks like a very small operation with one journal and a few books published
Personally, I would avoid this one.
