Why the International Journal of Information Security - Springer is slow review process. my paper 3 months still with editor. I contact them they said once we got the initial review from the editor we will let you know. Is this journal take long time with editor really ?

It really depends on the journal, and the quality of the work you have submitted. I review for an MIT journal, and it can take two years for a paper to get accepted after submission. Usually, there may be corrections, or suggestions for improvement. Sometimes, the changes are made, but other errors creep in. The more this happens, the longer it takes. There are usually several reviewers who look at your article, and they are not generally paid. Most are extremely busy, so they can't always turn the article around as quickly as they would like. However, it does lead to a much better article at the end of the day. However, some other journals can take up to five years to get your article published, so three months is not bad.
If you want a fast turnaround, your best bet would be to submit to a conference. They have to work to a much tighter time schedule, and the reviewers are geared for this, so you generally get your work published much more quickly. However, they do expect a far higher standard of paper on first submission. And if your work is good enough, you are often invited to submit an extended article to one of their journals.
However, it is always a good idea to prepare your work to the highest standard in the first place. And once you have a good track record with conference papers, you will usually find it much easier to get published elsewhere.
