What aspects of disaster (risk) governance are especially understudied?
In Nigeria and even all over the world, the genocide/pogrom (massacre of Biafrans in the Biafra-Nigeria war between 1967-1970) and continuous killing spree of Biafrans (Biafra) is understudied.
Okechukwu Dominic Nwankwo - yes, we need much more understanding of what people experience in such horrible situations, but especially how to prevent genocide.
