This is Harry Langford. My interests are glacial and fluvial sedimentology and geomorphology. I do this as a hobby and I'm retired, so I'm not really in a position to help you but I am particularly interested in the topic. From my point of view and from a UK perspective there is a dearth of information on what happens to fluvial basins in a proglacial setting that are not glaciated but which are affected by glacis-isostasy and perhaps by glacio-isostatic forebulge and collapse. Once we know the before and during situation then we have a firm basis for tackling the after situation. Hope that makes sense. In the UK we are hampered by the legacy of previous research that places great faith in terrace stratigraphy and lithostratigraphy and so research into pre-Holocene deposits does not really take into account the differing situations that are possible for fluvial basins affected by glacial-interglacial cycles. You may already be familiar with the following, but a good place to start could be:

Thank you very much for your response. The topic is also one that vastly interests me. I completely understand the importance on understanding the "before" and "during" situations (in the regard to glaciation) having a large control on the pattern of isostatic adjustment and fluvial response. i.e. one may think that isostatic rebound of a basin may lead to a simple change in basin slope, but it is actually a spatiotemporal variance in slope that occurs after de-glaciation. So, slope of the fluvial system does not change uniformly in location or rate.
