Hello, I have same problem here.... do you had a solution for that please?

I've contacted Thermo Fisher support and they gave me a solution.

"Dear Eray Taha, Thank you for contacting Thermo Fisher Scientific Technical Support and reporting the issue.  I would like to recommend modifying the registry key to trick the system, please follow the steps below: 1. open run command (Win+R), 2. type "regedit" to open the registry, 3. navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0 4. key Name :ProcessorNameString (click on this name to modify its name), 5. your processing speed will appear at the end of the name string, depending on the processor type, proceed as follows: examples:  A) AMD processor: increasing the value >3 and removing the GHz units AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 3300U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz  to  AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 3300U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 3.10 B) Intel Core processor:  removing the space, increasing the value  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650 CPU @ 1.90 GHz to Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650 CPU @ 2.90GHz  6. proceed with the installation, 7. after successful installation, please reboot the system so that the original value will be restored for this key."

This solved the problem for required speed for me. Now I can install the software but I have other problems running it. Will add an answer when I solve them.

After installing, the program gave an error saying that TPkd driver needs to be installed. I contacted the support again and they sent some files to me for that problem. After driver installation, now I can open the program but can't login for some reason. Hope you find my answers helpful. Toujgani Ihssane Surendra Goyal
