Insilico Pathway Reconstruction

I'm using cell designer for pathway drawing. I finished it and now I have to analyse the path. For that I need to import the .xml file into cytoscape but I am unable to do that as an error is occuring. Can anybody suggest a tool for metabolic network analysis?

Verry powerfull tool for constraint based metabolic modeling.
