Good day,
I am currently doing a bottom-up CVD with an iron thinfilm (100nm thick), and using TBDS as a precursor in order to transition the sulfur onto my iron layer in order to recieve a pyrite thinfilm (FeS2).
I've noticed that some of the samples have a very yellow-ish surface which might be in indictation for pyrite, however the surface is inhomogenous. This result is different from what my fellow researchers had recieved and they couldn't help me due to them working on the same material, only not as a thinfilm but rather as bulk.
Any comments or references would help greatly, as I'm completely stuck and can't find anything regarding this topic.
Thank you very much for reading!
